Welcome to Mimesis NFT Marketplace (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform as a user or collector. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
In order to use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the account creation process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Mimesis NFT Marketplace immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may use the Platform solely for the purpose of buying, selling, and trading NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to, violating intellectual property rights, engaging in fraud or money laundering, or engaging in any activity that may harm the integrity or security of the Platform.
As a collector, you may list NFTs for sale on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have the right to sell the NFTs that you list and that the NFTs do not infringe on any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for setting the price, terms, and conditions for the sale of your NFTs. Mimesis NFT Marketplace does not guarantee the sale or purchase of any NFT listed on the Platform.
When you buy or sell an NFT on the Platform, you are entering into a binding contract with the counterparty. You agree to fulfill your obligations under the contract, including but not limited to, delivering the NFTs as described in the listing and paying the agreed-upon price. M imesis NFT Marketplace does not act as a party to any transaction and is not responsible for any disputes between users or collectors.
Mimesis NFT Marketplace may charge fees for certain services, such as listing NFTs or conducting transactions. You agree to pay any applicable fees as described on the Platform. Mimesis NFT Marketplace reserves the right to change or modify the fees at any time, with or without notice.
The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to, logos, trademarks, graphics, images, and software, are owned by Mimesis NFT Marketplace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without the express written permission of Mimesis NFT Marketplace.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Mimesis NFT Marketplace does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any NFTs listed on the Platform will meet your expectations. You use the Platform at your own risk.
In no event shall Mimesis NFT Marketplace be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or any NFTs listed on the Platform, even if Mimesis NFT Marketplace has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of Mimesis NFT Marketplace for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount you paid to Mimesis NFT Marketplace, if any,
